Yes, although each package is thought to give you the best value. If you want to add items to a package, I'll make you a custom offer. The Whimsical package will give you flexibility by default, if you have a complex project. We can discuss this during our first meeting. 

By default, I offer unlimited corrections. They are included in the price. This avoids difficult conversations at a later stage of our collaboration, so we can both sail with a peaceful mind.

It will probably sound weird to you, but I usually bring a single proposal to the table, after our first preliminary meeting. I prefer giving you one solid proposal than multiple half-baked ideas. If we realize that this proposal will not work, I’ll offer you a different one free of charge.

For Basic and Standard packages, the delivery time is two weeks on average. This includes conception and revisions. For more complex projects, I will give you an estimate together with the offer. I will always keep you posted with my progress. 

Fixed fees are one-size-fits-all offers. You'll get set deliverables for a set price. Starting fees are a minimum price you pay for complex projects. If you want to expand Whimsical packages with more than one extra deliverables (see below), you'll get a custom offer. 

For Visual identities, extra deliverables can be: poster campaigns, social media visuals, banners, brochures etc. You may add one free of charge (included in the fee). For more requests, I will make you a custom offer. 

For web design, the sky is the limit. If you need more features than what's included in the pack, I will make you a custom offer. 

Designing books, exhibitions and other physical projects can involve a lot of different options, it is virtually impossible to package. I will always make a custom offer based on our first meeting. 

Yes, within one calendar month.

The Unlimited subscriptions is specifically made for people who need a recurring design service (social media posts, posters, landing pages, etc.). You can ask me anything, unlimited, except products that would otherwise fall under the Whimsical packages, like a full brand identity or a complex website. The Unlimited subscription gives you priority access on my calendar, with priority support. Requests are unlimited.
